Sunrose Consulting Limited – Our client operates in the financial sector as an intervention to widen and deepen financial access points and services for the purpose of increasing financial inclusion. The company is now seeking to recruit an outstanding personality to assist the CEO in implementing the goals of the organisation, to fill the positions below:
Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO
•Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will provide an efficient and responsive administrative, organisational, and logistical service to the CEO, helping him to manage and prioritise his time.
•You will manage and maintain his diary and email account, filter emails, highlight urgent correspondence and print attachments.
•In addition, you will ensure busy diary commitments, papers, and travel arrangements are managed effectively including producing a daily folder with diary, necessary papers, etc. and troubleshooting problems.
•Degree-qualified, you must have a minimum of 5 years’ requisite experience.
•Experience in the financial sector will be an added advantage.
•You must be organised and able to take charge.
•You must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
•You must be able to use a lot of initiative. Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages is essential.
Job Title: Sales Executive
•Our client is seeking to recruit an experienced and goal-oriented Sales Executive to sell their products in the Northern region.
•Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will assist the existing team to carry out sales activities in the Northern Region
•You will search for new clients and projects, maintain and develop existing and new customer, carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys
•In addition, you will ensure effective customer satisfaction and after sales care, submit invoices and assist with collection of payment, when required
•You will meet sales goals and objectives assigned by the Sales Manager
•You will participate in marketing events like trade shows and seminars.
•Degree qualified, you must have a minimum of 2 years post NYSC experience in the sales of heavy equipment products
•You must possess drive, motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring all sales opportunities are captured and explored;
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation
•Ability to speak Hausa is compulsory for this position
•Good visibility of market relevance and networking ability; excellent customer relationship development/management; good negotiation and problem solving skills; strong technical sales skills
•You must have strong computer competence in presentations and reports
•You must possess a valid driver’s license and ready to travel within Nigeria.
Job Title: Inventory Officer
•You will be responsible for proper and effective stock management and inventory control
•You will participate in and oversee the receipt, storage, requisitioning and disbursement of supplies and materials
•You will inspect items to ensure appropriate quality and quantity
•You will dispense items and ensure a proper record keeping in the computer system.
•Degree qualified, you must have a minimum of 2 years post qualification requisite experience
•You must be able to perform simple arithmetic calculations and be numerate and analytical with organizational skills
•You should be able to enjoy clerical and administrative work with good planning skills
•You should have a methodical approach to complete the assigned work and should pay strong attention to detail
•You must be hardworking and trustworthy
•You must be proficient in a relevant computer application.
Job Title: Secretary/ Practice Manager
•Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will provide secretarial and administrative support to the team.
•You must have an HND/B.Sc. with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience.
•You must have a pleasant personality and must be presentable and smart.
•You must be hardworking and organised with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•You must be able to work with minimal supervision.
•You must be computer literate.
Job Title: Sales Executive
•Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for generating new businesses within the direct market.
•You will establish a significant client base for the company, developing and maintaining a portfolio of leads by generating new businesses as well as exploiting existing opportunities.
•You must be a graduate and must have an ability to target prospects, generate your own business and realise high value orders.
•You must be able to demonstrate outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, and an energetic, creative and self motivated approach to selling.
•You must be confident and presentable.
•Similar experience in cosmetics is desirable but not essential.
